The meeting was centered around the Installation of Officers for the Board of Directors for 2026 – 2028 and introduction of Committee Chairs. Many items were donated to the students at Ruskin Elementary School for their summer fun and activities.
April 16, 2026
On April 16th, the Sun City Center Woman’s Club staged a Titanic formal luncheon with replica artifacts from the White Star – table setting china, dolls and clothes from the era, gowns and gloves. A 93 year old member, Jeanne Naish, portrayed an actual survivor from the heart-wrenching evening on the Titanic. Over 100 people in attendance enjoyed dressing up and taking home memories. Food donation total was $1,500 for Wimauma Elementary School Food Bank and Our Lady of Guadalupe Food Pantry. See slideshow below:
January 15, 2026
The annual Arts and Crafts competition was judged, with blue ribbon winner selected to show their projects at the GFWC Florida DIstrict 8 competition.


December 18, 2025
Our December meeting was all about giving in the holidays. Angel Tree presents were collected for the Hope Fund children of Wimauma. 500 items were donated for the Bare Essentials Ministry of the United Methodist Church of SCC.
Diane Alty received the December Volunteer of the Month award.
Lee Stevens, Director of Carnival World Museum in Gibsonton talked about carnival world, it was very entertaining and informative.
